Well this week I gained back the 1.2 pounds that I had just lost. :( I guess that I just need to own it and get back on the ball. Hopefully I'll do well even though my family is coming to visit the next couple of weeks.

I am really happy about this loss because I have had a really rough week. I lost 1.2 pounds!
