1. WHAT DO YOU WEIGH
Take the first two digits of your weight in pounds. For example if you weigh 175 then use 17.

Add your answers together and you will get you daily point allowance. If your total is less than 18 your daily points target is 18, if your total is more than 44, your daily points target is 44.

*On top of your daily points target. You have a weekly allowance of 35 points that you can use.

Make sure that you have at least:

* 5 fruits and veggies everyday (7 for breastfeeding)
*6 servings of water (8-9 for breastfeeding) W.W. is now saying that you can use diet sodas and juice in place of water
*2 servings of milk products (3 for breastfeeding or if you are over 50)
*2 healthy oils (e.g. olive, canola, safflower, sunflower, or flaxseed)
*
Make sure to also choose lean meats, whole grains, limit your sugar intake, use a multivitamin supplement everyday, and exercise at least 30 minutes most days. Jillian Michaels suggests 5 days of excercise a week. The 2 days of rest can't be together though. (I personally do 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off)
